Stairway to Heaven

"There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold and she's buying a stairway to heaven."

Lyrics from Stairway to Heaven ~ Led Zepplin

Inside the Gates...

This image (shown below in the previous post,) was taken in the early morning fog.

I shot the same photo a few days later, when the fog lifted. There's something about this image that draws me in. I don't know if there's a carnival inside the gates, or something dark, yet I feel beckoned to enter what appears to be a ethereal and peaceful place, but is it?

This is what nature photography is all about for me; being able to tell a story, or convey a "feeling" through my imagery.

Fog and Fall...

It's amazing how fog can change the "feeling" of an image.

The Little Princess...

This adorable little one lives in her "princess" dress. She was very shy at first, but with a little encouragement, she twirled and played--as long as her little teddy bear could accompany her.
