Bellevue High School Senior Photographer | Paying it Forward

Bellevue Photographer | Paying it Forward

There has been a time or two where someone really helped me out when I needed it, so I want to do the same for a deserving high-school senior in the Bellevue, WA area.  I am offering one complimentary senior portrait session.

Please follow the steps below to nominate a deserving 2013 high school senior:
  • Head over to Julia Brown Photography Facebook Page and "like" my page.
  • Share the "Paying it Forward" post on your timeline.
  • Click on the "Contact Me" on my Facebook page or click here and nominate a high-school senior and why you believe they would be deserving of a complimentary custom photo session.  Please only share their first name and none of their personal information in your message, if they are chosen, I will e-mail you directly for their contact information.
The person that nominates the senior chosen will receive a $100.00 gift certificate toward a photo session with me. I'm looking forward to reading your nominations!

Stay tuned for details on my Facebook page in August.

Bellevue Lifestyle Photographer | How cute are these kids?

It was so cute to see all these little sailboats lined up in a row.
This was taken during their sailing lessons on a beautiful Bellevue afternoon.

Bellevue Photographer | Wildlife tales...

June was a big month for wildlife in my yard.  I chose not to post the hawk swooping down right in front of me last Friday taking the baby bunny that brought me so much joy.  As with every scene in nature there's the pleasant and unpleasant, they all have their young to feed.  It was sad to see, but I'm pleased to share the other side of the circle of life below.

I noticed this little guy looking rather lost, looking left and then right with that pouty little beak and his downy feathers.  Then suddenly mom swooped in to feed him.  He couldn't fly, he would just try to follow her and keep up, then he'd fall behind again and she'd come back and redirect him. This is the sweet side of wildlife that I enjoy capturing!
